Greetings from Polebridge, Montana!

My name is Monica Graff (that’s Bosworth with me in the photo), and I’m your primary postcard sender. Sometimes my husband, Chris, also drops a line or two, and he takes most of the photographs. All the good ones, at least.

When we first moved here in 2011, we started out in a yurt with no running water, no Internet, and just a few solar panels. Crazy? Yes. Hard? You bet. But the stories will stay with us forever!

Even though we have a beautiful cabin now with all the modern conveniences (and more solar panels), there are still many delights to share with you about living in the wilderness.
